At AllShopCart, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If you have any questions about returns or refunds, please contact our customer support team at support@allshopcart.com.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@allshopcart.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Customers also have the option to keep the item or donate it if returning is not convenient or necessary.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including personal care items, items marked as final sale, or items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a photo of the packaging to support@allshopcart.com We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
